Nature of Service
- Bookmycheckups is an authorized associate booking partner for Thyrocare Technologies Limited. We provide a platform for users to browse, select, and book diagnostic health packages.
- We are a facilitator only.
- The actual diagnostic tests, sample collection, laboratory processing, and report generation are performed solely by Thyrocare.
Appointment & Booking
- All bookings made through our website are subject to confirmation.
- Users must provide accurate information (Name, Age, Address, Contact details). Bookmycheckups is not responsible for errors in reports due to incorrect data provided by the user.
- Home collection timings are subject to the availability of Thyrocare technicians in your specific area.
Payments & Commission
Prices for health packages are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the pricing of packages at any time based on updates from the service provider.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 working hours before the scheduled collection time.
- If a payment was made online, refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, minus any applicable transaction fees.
- No refunds will be issued once the sample has been collected by the technician.
Limitation of Liability
Bookmycheckups shall not be held liable for:
- Any delays in sample collection or report delivery by Thyrocare.
- The accuracy or clinical interpretation of the test results.
- Any medical complications or actions taken by the user based on the test reports. We strongly advise consulting a qualified medical professional for report interpretation.
